Important Notes:
Since the aluminum body is made of 1.2 mm aluminum, improper welding power settings may cause poor welding quality or penetration issues. When selecting a model, consider new-generation high-precision digital control models.
The aluminum body has high strength but poor local tensile characteristics, making it prone to cracking. To enhance its durability, the elongation rate exceeds 30% in body manufacturing. Special tools should be used for repairs.
One of the most time-consuming tasks in aluminum body repair after welding threaded studs is screwing in and removing the studs with a pull ring, which requires time and effort. Broken studs can delay reuse of the pull ring.
The aluminum body is made of an aluminum-magnesium alloy, with a melting temperature of 630-650°C. The stress-relieving annealing temperature of aluminum-magnesium alloy is 320-360°C, which is used for deformation correction. Repair tools should not exceed this temperature. Certain areas on the back feature reinforced adhesive joints, so heating temperatures should not be excessive.
The quality of meson welding directly affects the repair outcome. The double-grounding point design ensures a controlled current direction, prevents arc deviation, enhances welding safety, and ensures high-quality repairs.
