Repair

We will contact you within 24 business hours of submitting the form.

1. If defects occur in the product during the warranty period of the product from the purchase of the product from UAB Baltic diagnostic service, even though it has been used properly (according to the written maintenance and use instructions provided in Lithuanian and / or English), UAB Baltic diagnostic service ”will repair or replace it free of charge.

2. The customer delivers the product with the expired warranty period to the service center of UAB “Baltic diagnostic service” in Kaunas at his own expense, attaching the purchase document or a copy thereof and filling in the service notification form at www.bds.lt -> Repair -> Fault registration form. If the product is stationary, the customer will reimburse the travel costs of the service specialist at their own expense (15 EUR / 100 km).

3. The warranty does not apply and the customer must pay for the repair, even if the defects have occurred during the warranty period specified above:

(a) the defect was caused by improper use of the product (for example, by performing actions not provided for in the instructions for use or other sections of the manual, using the product for purposes other than the technological purpose of the product, etc.);

(b) the defect occurred by modification and t. t. the product outside the service center of UAB Baltic diagnostic service;

(c) the defect or failure is due to physical damage, such as the product being transported, dropped, shaken, and so on. t. after its acquisition and delivery;

(d) the defect or failure was caused by fire, earthquake, flood, thunderstorm, other natural disasters, polluted environment and unsuitable sources of voltage;

(e) the defect is due to careless or improper storage (for example, storing the product in a high temperature or humid environment, near harmful chemicals, etc.), improper maintenance, etc. t .;

(f) the defect is due to depleted batteries, and so on. t .;

(g) The defect was caused by the ingress of foreign, non-operational materials inside the product body: eg sand, dirt, water, etc. t .;

(h) failure to provide proof of purchase with the product;

(i) falsification of purchase documents.

4. This warranty applies only to the product itself; it does not apply to any other accessories such as batteries and fast-wearing accessories, etc.

5. Under this warranty, UAB Baltic diagnostic service is only required to repair or replace the product. The manufacturer shall not be liable in any way for any indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by the customer as a result of a product defect, in particular loss or damage to other items used with the product, or for delay in repair or loss of data. This warranty does not affect the relevant legal provisions.

Note

This warranty applies when a completed repair order with the necessary data of the buyer is submitted to the service of UAB Baltic diagnostic service, if the product needs to be sent directly to the customer after the repair. The original of the purchase receipt is attached if the customer sends the goods to the service himself. Products with damaged manufacturer's seals are considered non-warranty, unless the warranty repair is repeated.

Warranty Limitation

UAB “Baltic diagnostic service” assumes no responsibility and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, in respect of the contents of this documentation or software and will not be liable for any implied warranties of merchantability or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. but not limited to, violations that resulted in business loss, business termination, or loss of business information) resulting from the use or non-use of product documentation or software.

Post-warranty repair

At the end of the manufacturer's warranty period, UAB "Baltic diagnostic service" performs post-warranty repair of products. The repair price is determined by mutual agreement between the customer and the service employee of UAB Baltic diagnostic service.

Terms and conditions of non-warranty repair

If the delivered product does not meet the manufacturer's warranty service requirements, UAB "Baltic diagnostic service" service informs the customer about it and if the customer wants the product to be repaired, informs the customer of the price of possible repairs, including transport costs.
