Sandblasting chamber FAM
The sandblasting chamber allows the sanding of various metal parts, which are of various non-standard shapes and sizes, in a limited space. It is designed to conveniently remove oxidized, corroded or old paint stains from metal surfaces using a special abrasive sprayer that is manually operated by a worker.
The chamber is equipped with a front door for the loading and unloading of materials to be handled and a staff door for easy access to the sandblasting chamber. The inner walls and doors of the chamber are covered with a special rubber material that protects against the abrasive used in the chamber. The sandblasting chamber is equipped with a special lighting system, which is selected according to the required lighting level. The exhaust gas filtration system is equipped with an integrated automatic system for filter cleaning. The powder is stored in special collection boxes for periodic cleaning.
Main components:
Chamber structure: made of double galvanized, soundproof metal sheets. The structure has side panels, a roof and a front door. The inside of the chamber is completely covered with a special anti-abrasive rubber "Subbiaten 66 shore".
Main door: Made of painted double metal panels with insulation. Door leaves must be opened manually. Two doors can be used as staff doors. Each door has strong galvanized, painted and adjustable hinges, as well as insulating gaskets around all the doors.
Staff doors: Made of painted, double metal sheets with insulation. They are located on the left side of the camera.
Lighting: The lighting system consists of halogen lamps with a metal housing that are mounted on a camera stand. The exclusive position of the luminaires ensures proper light distribution throughout the workplace. Luminaires have a shatterproof, transparent plate that protects the luminaire lamp from external influences. Also, they can be easily replaced if they are damaged by abrasion or become opaque.
Exhaust dust filtration system:
Exhaust dust filtration system made of reinforced steel profiles with doors that allow the necessary maintenance and inspection. It also has a self-cleaning core. Self-cleaning is made according to the return air compressor flow. The current direction is controlled by programmable control boards. An air compressor receiver and an electric intake fan with directly connected motors are included in one set.
The dust collection system with a core is very efficient as it traps even the slightest dust. The filters are cleaned automatically using extremely compressed air. The filtration system is equipped with a high-thickness, galvanized metal, which is divided into three parts:
Upper, holds pneumatic components.
Central part, time filtering core.
The lower part, which carries the dust to the metal box at the bottom.
All filter cores are made of non-woven polyester material. All filters are made with solenoid valves that have AC connected directly to a cyclic controller that has a 220 V single phase supply.
The dust collector is designed to work in extreme conditions. The air enters the vacuum chamber, where the heaviest dust particles gradually fall into the collector, where a metal box falls into the lower part of the filter. The air met in the core, which enters from the outside to the inside, traps all the dust particles inside it. And during the cleaning of the cores, they blow the air outside with a big blow inside.
Where it is used: sandblasting, sandblasting, painting and wherever the finest dust is generated during the work process. In plasma cutting and welding work, it is necessary to start work with a special powder.
Set: Dust collection system consists of: fan, cores, cycle controller, air receiver with salenoid valves, electric control unit for controlling the fan and cycles. Screws for assembly, connections for filter pipes and air exhaust, operating instructions and CE certificates are required.
Electromechanical control board: Made of IP 54 metal box to control motors, turn lights on and off, start and stop fans. It is equipped with warning lights to inform about various operating phases or errors that have occurred.
