The EVT511 is a specialized high-voltage (HV) battery airtightness testing device for electric vehicles. After opening the HV battery housing for repair work, it is necessary to conduct an airtightness test before reinstalling the battery into the vehicle. The device pressurizes the cavity between the HV battery housing and the battery module with compressed air, while a highly sensitive sensor detects pressure changes to assess the integrity of the seal. The EVT511 provides real-time pressure fluctuation graphs, sends alerts for potential leaks, and allows visual monitoring of the testing process.
