The MaxiBAS BTMS is a polarity-protected cable that connects to a 12-volt battery to power on-board electronics via an OBDII / EOBD cable while the vehicle battery is disconnected, thus avoiding vehicle data loss and saving time. It has protection against surges and three LEDs indicating the status of the power supply.
