The CIMAT CMT-48 VSR is the latest technological product equipment designed to perform the most accurate areas of in-service turbine repairs that are extremely accurate, efficient and convenient to use. With the help of this equipment, you can easily balance the cores of turbochargers of cars, vans and other vehicles. CIMAT has developed an energy-saving adapter system consisting of a plate and a bushing for its VSR equipment lines. The plate attaches the core bearing housing to the machine and the bushing drives the turbine wheel with compressed air.

"Adapter system":

Different turbochargers mean sieve dimensions - bearing housings and rotors can come in different sizes. This means that if you use a single-element adapter, almost every CHRA will buy ever new adapters. The CIMAT two-element adapter can be used in pairs, so there can be different configurations. Different configurations mean fewer adapters. Fewer adapters mean less overhead.

With this adapter system developed by CIMAT, 10 plates and 10 special bushings equals 100 traditional adapter configurations to purchase if you use other machines from the manufacturer. In addition, each plate and each bushing is universal and fits up to a dozen bearing housings and rotors - meaning fewer adapters will work with more assemblies. This innovative solution saves you time and money at the right time.
