BN011 – Immobilizer Component Synchronization

• Requirements: Active ABRITES Maintenance Subscription (AMS I18).
• Purpose: Adapts the Transmission Control Module (EGS – Electronic Gearbox Computer) to EWS (Elektronische Wegfahrsperre – electronic immobilizer system) via OBDII connection.
• Capabilities: Allows linking the EGS to the vehicle when installing a new or used component, as well as performing key programming or replacing other modules related to the vehicle's chassis or security system. Enables Bosch MG / MD ECU adaptations in G-series vehicles using a DFlash dump file.

Key Functions:

• ZF6HP EGS adaptation for E-series vehicles.
• ZF8HP EGS adaptation for E-series vehicles (to install an 8HP gearbox in an E-series vehicle, data from the original DME / DDE (EGS) is required).
• ZF8HP EGS adaptation for F-series vehicles.
• Bosch MG / MD adaptation for G-series vehicles (based on dump).
• Supported Vehicles and ECUs: All E-series BMW vehicles, all F-series BMW vehicles, all G-series vehicles with Bosch MG / MD ECUs and DFlash dump.
• BN012 – Enhanced Coding Functionality
• Purpose: Provides broad capabilities for working with BMW vehicles.

Key Functions:

• DME / DDE ISN reading and display.
• DME / DDE Dflash / Pflash reading in boot mode (useful when all keys are lost).
• DME / DDE flashing (updating via OBD2 or ISN reading).
• DME / DDE working hours restoration.
• Flashing / programming of all electronic control modules.
• Coding of all electronic control modules.
• Vehicle Order / Central Coding (VO) configuration or Fahrzeugbestellung (FA).
• Mileage calibration (excluding instrument cluster, as it has its own memory).
• ID (VIN) change.
• FSC code generation for CCC / CIC / NBT.
• Service interval reset.

Supported Modules:

• All BMW E-series, F-series, and G-series vehicles.
• Note: BN012 is required for 6-speed gearbox adaptation in E-series vehicles if there is no working key or if the key was created using ZN002 PROTAG.

BN013 – CAS4, FEM / BDC, and Motorcycle (EWS4 / HUF) Key Programming

• Purpose: Perform key programming procedures (add spare keys or resolve all-keys-lost situations) for F-series BMW, MINI, and Rolls Royce vehicles with CAS4 (via OBDII connection) or FEM / BDC. For motorcycles with EWS4 and HUF.
• Additional Capabilities: Restore mileage between CAS4 or FEM / BDC, and adapt CAS4 and FEM / BDC modules.

Functionality:

• Key programming for F-series vehicles with CAS4 or FEM / BDC module.
• Key programming for BMW motorcycles with EWS4 / HUF.
• Factory settings restoration for CAS4 and FEM / BDC modules.
• CAS4 and FEM / BDC module adaptation.
• Mileage restoration for CAS4 and FEM / BDC.

BN014 – OBDII Key Programming for E-series and F-series vehicles with BDC

• Purpose: Key programming procedures for all E-series vehicles with CAS3 and CAS3+ modules and F-series vehicles with BDC modules, all work is performed via OBDII connection.

Key Functions:

• Key programming for E-series vehicles with CAS3 and CAS3+ modules via OBDII.
• Key programming for F-series vehicles with BDC modules via OBDII.
• BDC module adaptation via OBDII for all F-series vehicles.

Other Functions:

• ISN reading / correction / writing.
• Mileage configuration.

Supported Vehicles:

• All E-series vehicles with CAS3 and CAS3+ modules (BMW, MINI, and Rolls Royce).
• All F-series vehicles with BDC modules (BMW, MINI, and Rolls Royce), including BMW X1 (F48), BMW X2 (F39), BMW X5 (F15), BMW X6 (F16), MINI Clubman (F54), MINI Hatch (F55/F56), MINI Convertible (F57), MINI Countryman (F60).
