Combined turbine balancing and core balancing machines. Two machines have two functions, so these machines have a particularly great advantage and your turbine repair shop will be able to fully service various turbines at the same time. The combination of the VSR series high-performance core balancing machine and turbine repair machine will allow servicing not only cars but also trucks. This is a combination of two CMIM-48 VSR and Turbo Test Pro CIMAT machines.

Swiss balancing sensors, equipment for car turbine repairs, static or dynamic turbine section mass flow measurement, turbine pressure ratio measurement at load and high speed, section flow measurement and REA programming ensure proper calibration of all turbines as well as state-of-the-art electric turbines, which require high precision work.

CMT - VSR series devices are designed for balancing the turbine cores of cars and trucks. This functionality has been transferred and all technologies have been installed in these machines, the Turbo Test Duo Pro. They are used to check for any unwanted dynamic rotor damage during high speed testing. Also checking shaft flexibility for torque. Balancing the entire speed range extends turbine life and eliminates unwanted whistling effects.
