Description

Engine Cleaning Equipment H2 Blaster
Country of Origin: Italy, warranty period - 24 months

The H2 Blaster is a modern and efficient engine cleaning device designed for decarbonizing internal combustion engines. Using advanced water electrolysis technology, this device generates a hydrogen-oxygen mixture that effectively removes carbon deposits from internal engine components, ensuring optimal engine performance, reduced fuel consumption, and cleaner exhaust emissions.

H2 BLASTER is an innovative solution combining the advantages of advanced technology and the reliability of TEXA-certified industrial production (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX, and VDA 6.3). It is entirely "Made in Italy" on modern assembly lines dedicated to internal combustion engine decarbonization equipment.

Features:
  • Restores Engine Performance: Recovers original power and improves acceleration.
  • Efficiency: Reduces fuel consumption and exhaust emissions.
  • Carbon Deposit Removal: Cleans the DPF filter, EGR valve, turbocharger, and other critical components.
  • Safety: Advanced safety features, including automatic sensor checks and protection against backfiring.
  • OBD Diagnostics: Monitors engine condition and ensures a safe cleaning procedure.
  • Remote Assistance: Wi-Fi connectivity allows access to technical support for remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Reliability: Certified according to TEXA quality standards.
How H2 BLASTER Works:
The H2 BLASTER utilizes a water electrolysis process to generate oxyhydrogen gas (a hydrogen and oxygen mixture). This gas is injected into the intake manifold through a service hose, reaching the combustion chamber while the engine is either cold or warm. Inside the chamber, the gas, exposed to high temperatures, transforms into water vapor under high pressure.

Decarbonization Process:
  • Water vapor penetrates deposits.
  • Dissolves carbon buildup from pistons, valves, injectors, and other components.
  • Cleans all parts from the combustion chamber to the exhaust channel.
  • All steps are monitored by NOS (NAVIGATOR OBD Service), which, when connected to the diagnostic port, ensures the procedure is performed safely.
