1. The Gift Voucher can be purchased and used at Baltic Diag stores in Kaunas and Vilnius, as well as on the website at www.balticdiag.lt.
2. We can send the Gift Voucher to your specified address (additional cost for shipping service).
3. The electronic version of the Gift Voucher with a discount code can be sent by email.
4. The BalticDiag Gift Voucher confirms the advance payment (a receipt is provided if necessary) and gives the Gift Voucher holder the right to purchase goods or services in accordance with these rules. The Gift Voucher must be presented before paying for goods and/or services.
5. The Gift Voucher can be used to pay for goods or services. The entire amount must be used in one shopping session. If the total value of the goods exceeds the Gift Voucher amount, the difference must be paid. The unused amount of the Gift Voucher is non-refundable.
6. The amount in cash is not paid out with the Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers are not refundable, extendable, or exchangeable for a new one (in case of loss or any other loss). Baltic Diag assumes no responsibility if the Gift Voucher is lost or damaged.
7. The Gift Voucher is valid for goods and services sold on the www.balticdiag.lt website.
8. The Gift Voucher is not personalized and can be transferred to a third party.
9. The Gift Voucher confirms the right of the Gift Voucher holder to use the amount specified on the Gift Voucher(s).
10. The Gift Voucher starts to be valid from the day of purchase and is valid for 6 months from the purchase date; later, it is considered invalid.
11. The buyer, when purchasing a Gift Voucher, confirms that they have read and agree to the rules of purchasing and using the Gift Voucher. The distributor reserves the right to change the rules of using the Gift Voucher at any time, and such changes take effect from their publication on the website www.balticdiag.lt.
12. Counterfeiting, copying, reproducing, as well as using or acquiring Gift Vouchers in any other illegal way is strictly prohibited. Individuals who unlawfully use Gift Vouchers may be held criminally liable under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Articles 182, 300, and others. In case of such violations, we always report to the police. The right to use the service specified in the Gift Voucher to purchase goods may be revoked for a person who has acquired the Gift Voucher illegally.
13. The customer is responsible for the proper storage of the unique Gift Voucher number (provided upon purchase) and assumes full responsibility for the use of the Gift Voucher.
14. When presenting the Gift Voucher for payment, it is taken and not returned.
