This tire painting equipment Coton COT-19 is used for quick tire painting. It allows to paint at least 800-1000 tires per day (if it is done by an experienced operator). The equipment is equipped with a paint recycling system, which reduces the cost of used paint. In addition, after painting, the tires are pre-dried using a built-in high-speed air blowing system. However, after removing the tire from the painting equipment, it is necessary to wait another 5 - 15 minutes for the tire to dry completely (the duration of this process depends on the air temperature). COTON BLACK paint is recommended for this equipment to improve the appearance of the tire color. This gives the tires a satin black color. The paint dries quickly and has a weak smell. Does not wash off after drying, even if the tire gets wet. Economical, water-thinned paint concentrate formula saves material, storage space and transportation costs. 1 liter of paint can be diluted with 5 liters of lukewarm water. Then, when painting 70 - 80 tires, you will use approximately 1 l of concentrated paint (depending on the size of the tires). You can also increase the dilution ratio if the staining result is still satisfactory.
