This Coton Grand 24 tire condition checker is one of the best of its kind on the market. They are used to quickly and efficiently inspect tires and detect their defects, such as punctures, bumps, cuts and all kinds of damage to the edges or cord. With a little practice, they can be used to inspect a tire in just over a minute, while protecting against the consequences of an unexpected blowout. Unlike tire checkers up to 22 inches, these have an electric motor that rotates the chain to rotate the tire being checked, activated by a foot switch (pedal) or a switch on top of the machine (both options are included). All this makes this tire condition checker simply an indispensable device in tire repair garages, warehouses and tire restoration centers. The machine is compatible to work with tires removed from 13-24 inch rims, and a set of fixed adapters allows it to be mounted on any tire width. The kit includes three pairs of adapters of different sizes. The machine is designed for customers who mainly check tires larger than 22 inches. This is because putting such large tires on the machine requires a larger cylinder, which moves slower than other models. In order to start working with this tire checker, it needs to be connected to a medium power air compressor (main power source) and electrical power (electric motor power source). On the other hand, the control itself is convenient and intuitive and is carried out by levers located on both sides of the machine.
