SCR Emulator EURO 6 is the latest generation of our AdBlue emulators. It is capable of overriding EURO 6 SCR systems on compatible EURO 6 trucks made by Volvo, DAF, Iveco, Scania, MAN, and Renault.

SCR Emulator EURO 6 designed for trucks equipped with latest generation SCR systems (EURO 6) made by Volvo, DAF, Scania (also compatible with Scania R730), Iveco, Renault, Mercedes-Benz MP4, and MAN. It’s the latest generation of our SCR emulators for trucks, and it’s made just for EURO 6 standard vehicles. As we mentioned before, it is compatible with Volvo, DAF, Scania (compatible with Scania R730), Iveco, Mercedes-Benz and MAN trucks, but firmware for other car makes in the development process right now. The device works the same way as previous generations of EURO 4 and EURO 5 emulators, but this one has brand new software and capabilities. It can override all EURO 6 SCR system components like SCR DEF dosing pump (that pumps up diesel exhaust fluid like AdBlue to selective catalytic reduction system), catalytic heaters, exhaust NOx sensors, exhaust temperature sensors, DPF (diesel particulate filter). SCR Emulator EURO 6 can control diesel fuel injection process if DPF filter regeneration initiated. This emulator completely solves problems related to engine power and torque loss or speed limiting as it can appear on trucks with damaged or disconnected SCR EURO 6 system. There will be no DTC errors, additional smoke from the exhaust and you can be sure that gearbox will work just fine without jumping into limp mode. We provide all necessary installation instructions and compatibility information.
