This painting camera is professional equipment for painting experts looking for high quality. This is a standard, time-tested version of the painting chamber suitable for the vast majority of painting jobs.

For this painting chamber, a foundation must be prepared in which two pits would be dug to extract the air. Air circulation begins by blowing air through the ceiling and then extracting air through two rows of gratings installed in the pavement. Ducts are not equipped with a painting chamber. Their price can be calculated separately, knowing the exact dimensions and distances of the required ducts. Mounting on a metal base with a fully slatted floor is available at an additional cost.

The main door is made of double-layer painted sheet metal with insulation. The door sections are articulated and have large safety windows and side locks. One door can be used as a service door. Each door section has strong galvanized and painted hinges and a set of gaskets to be installed between the door gaps.

Additional service doors are made of double-painted sheet metal with insulation.

The front and side walls are made of galvanized sheet metal painted white on the inside and outside.

The ceiling is made up half of a ventilation grille through which air is supplied and of white metal plates.

The lighting is arranged diagonally across the length of the camera on both sides.

The air supply unit consists of a metal construction with stone wool insulation. This construction consists of three parts:

Ventilation unit: double-draft centrifugal fan on a special support. Three-phase asynchronous motor

Filter unit: consists of a set of pre-filters

Heating unit: located above the ventilation unit. An AISI 430 stainless steel heat exchanger with a diesel burner is installed here. The safety thermostat checks that the maximum permissible temperature has not been reached.
