Description

Sensor Signal Simulator for Automotive Diagnostics

Country of origin: Belgium, warranty period – 24 months

The sensor simulator is an essential tool for accurately testing the functionality of sensors, injectors, or actuators when standard OBD scan tool diagnostics reach their limit. This device allows the simulation of various signals (voltage, frequency, waveforms, etc.) to help determine whether a fault lies within the sensor itself, the vehicle's ECU, or the wiring. It is especially useful for performing wiring and signal circuit tests by generating the correct signal and comparing it to the scan tool’s readings. By using the simulator, technicians can avoid replacing fully functional sensors—making this a highly cost-effective investment. Designed to be used in combination with the HU31025 oscilloscope+.

Features:
  • Simulates electrical resistance
  • Simulates voltage
  • Simulates sine wave
  • Simulates square wave
  • Simulates signals of temperature-sensitive sensors
  • Simulates throttle and accelerator pedal sensor signal sequences
  • Oxygen (lambda) sensor: testing mode and simulation mode
  • Enables precise testing of ABS, lambda, EGR, crankshaft (CKP), knock, MAP sensors, injectors, and actuators
Technical Specifications:
  • Function: Simulation and testing of sensor, injector, and actuator signals
  • Compatibility: To be used with HU31025 oscilloscope+
  • Output signals: Resistance, voltage, sine wave, square wave
  • Special modes: Throttle, accelerator pedal, and oxygen sensor simulation and testing
  • Application: Wiring inspection, signal comparison, component fault diagnosis without unnecessary replacements
