Dry painting wall, with cardboard filters and additional filter elements such as Paint-Stop and including fan. This device is widely used in the furniture manufacturing industry. It has a built-in silencer that helps suppress fan noise by about 10dB.

Note - The parameters listed below are provided with slightly plugged filters. The painting wall has better air flow when the air filters are cleaned. But the extracted air flow can be adjusted by changing the speed of the generator.

Manufacturers also offer vibration dampers for the engine and vibration dampers for the pipes, which are installed between the engine and the painting wall.

• Main filters: Paint - stop non-woven (filters are designed to retain the remaining 5% dirt)
• Filter EU4: designed to protect fan blades.
• Floor filter (Optional): designed to protect against various dirt and dust that may rise from the floor.

Note: A potential external static pressure (AESP) of around 800 Pa (Pascals) means that the painting wall will maintain its rated parameters, even with a long stack or clogged filters. Cheaper walls from other manufacturers are offered by AESP, which is about 200 Pa.

In the products offered by the manufacturer, the fan is not integrated in the painting wall. If necessary, it can be disconnected from the wall and placed outside behind the wall. As a result, the painting wall will be very quiet and only the sound of the exhaust air will be heard.
