The AirBlast vacuum sandblasting cab is designed for rust removal, cleaning, sweeping, matting, polishing and splitting. This machine is specially designed for manual sandblasting, for all the finer components. The AB-90 is equipped with a continuous circulation system for abrasive and a high performance filtration system.

The system is ready for operation, it includes:

2 flexible rubber cavities for sprayer control.

1 pair of rubber gloves.

1 replaceable glass.

1 perforated work space.

1 nozzle holder with 6 mm boron carbige nozzle, complete with all necessary hoses and connections.

1 pneumatic, foot switch, for sprayer control.

1 luminaire with special protective cover and 2 x 18 W neon lamp.

1 safety valve for exhaust motor and luminaire.

1 adjustable air pressure valve, with manometer.

1 door with safety switch.

Operating principle:

The abrasive enters the funnel through the working grille in the working space of the chamber. At the lowest part of the funnel, the abrasive falls into the mixing tube, through which it is constricted and fed through the sandblasting hose. The shrinkage force can be adjusted by changing the position of the sliding valve. The abrasive hose is connected to the abrasive sprayer. A compressed air hose is also connected to the sprayer. The foot pedal is used to apply pressure to the air supply hose. This creates a vacuum in the abrasive hose, which creates abrasive traction and entry into the sprayer. The sanding pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the compressed air supply pressure.
