DPF1800 is a diesel particulate filter (DPF) washer. With this equipment, you can wash the filters easily and efficiently. An information sheet printed after the operation will let you know how dirty the filter was and whether it was washed well. This DPF filter washing equipment has three different configurations, which depend on the integration of technical components.

Washing is carried out with the help of washing liquid. The washing liquid is ordered separately, the price depends on the quantity.
The washing liquid is diluted 1:10 (1:20 is also possible, but the quality of the washing is affected). With a 240L tank and diluting the washing liquid in a ratio of 1:10, a full tank requires 24L of washing liquid. When diluting 1:20, only 12L of washing liquid is needed.
With a full water tank, about 100 - 150 DPFs can be flushed (depending on DPF sizes and level of contamination).
The equipment includes one water tank, two filters and pumps. After filling the tank with a mixture of water and washer fluid, it is recirculated and reused over and over again, so the fluid does not need to be changed after each wash. Both internal filters are made of stainless steel, so they will never need to be changed.
