Washing is carried out using a combination of high-pressure water jet and special detergent. Using this equipment, you can check the filter carryover level before cleaning and after cleaning. Thanks to this opportunity, you will be able to show your customers the quality and efficiency of the work done. After washing, the DPF is rapidly dried using a hot air drying process carried out by a special heater. All the functions of the equipment are presented in the PLC control panel, which uses a touch screen and the Android operating system, so its control is extremely simple and easy to understand. During each wash, you can choose how you want to perform the washing process, manual or automated methods. Also, the equipment uses a hydraulic connection, which helps to securely lock the DPF filter to be washed, which will remain in place during the entire washing process. And the pneumatic platform helps to properly anchor bulky DPF filters and wash them. You will be able to perform two functions at the same time, i.e. washing and drying. Thanks to the water filters used in the equipment, you will be assured of long-term and repeated use of water. Using the gloves located in the door, you can clean the outside and inside of the DPF filter with the help of a special pump.

Washing process:

On average, the duration of washing one filter is 20-30 minutes. depending on the contamination of the filter. You can do 5-10 washes without changing the water, this amount also depends on the contamination of the filters. And the amount of detergent used in 1 kg will be able to wash about 5 filters. The equipment is supplied with 10 kg of detergent.
