MonoGys 200-4 CS is a traditional, single-phase MIG/MAG welding machine (200 A) with synergic settings. It is equipped with a capacitor bank for current equalization to reduce the amount of welding spatter. Also, it has a precise 4-roll wire feed system that ensures perfect welding quality even when welding aluminum.

MIG/MAG welding:

• Steel and stainless steel wire: from Ø 0.6 to 1.0 mm
• Aluminum wire: from Ø 0.8 to 1.0 mm
• CuSi and CuAl wire: from Ø 0.8 to 1.0 mm

2 spot welding modes:

• Spot, adjustment of the welding point diameter
• Delay, adjustment of the time delay between spots

Intelliigent:

• On the main panel of the device there is a simple table with suggested adjustable parameters and a 6-position switch.
• Synergic mode: after entering 3 different parameters (Wire thickness, wire type and welding power depending on the thickness of the material to be welded), the device automatically selects the optimal wire feed speed, but still leaves the possibility to adjust it as needed.
• The welding machine always saves the last used settings, even when it is switched off.

Integrated reel:

• Compatible with wire spools which have an diameter of: 200 / 300 mm
• 4-roller motor-driven reel for efficient wire feeding
• European torch connector allows quick coupling of the torch
