Performing a leak test:

1. Add approximately 10-15ml of test oil directly into the oil reservoir of the smoke generator. Place or hang the smoke generator securely so that it is ready for use
2. Disconnect the hose or open the covers of any system you are about to test
3. Connect the smoke generator to the vehicle's 12V battery, turn it on and it will start working immediately
4. After about 30 seconds, the system you are testing will be filled with smoke. Then you can consistently inspect the vehicle's systems and assess whether there are any leaks
