The pulsed laser is a professional, high-quality device designed for fast, precise, and safe cleaning of various surfaces from rust, paint, oxidation, oil, lime deposits, and other contaminants. Using advanced oscillating laser cleaning technology, it ensures even surface cleaning without any damage. This device is especially suitable for industrial use, manufacturing, repair, and restoration work. The laser comes equipped with a JPT laser source and a Zhibotech DHCP cleaning system, ensuring durability, reliability, and flawless results. Thanks to the ergonomic and lightweight cleaning head, intuitive control, and multiple cleaning modes, the work becomes faster, more efficient, and more convenient.

Laser head

The laser head is designed for efficient and precise surface cleaning using advanced control and beam shaping technology. It supports up to 8 different cleaning modes (line, rectangle, ellipse, wave, petal, spiral, grid, etc.), allowing the device to be adapted to various complex cleaning tasks. The integrated slow rise and fall of laser power function and real-time power control ensure smooth and safe cleaning without damaging the surface.

The head is equipped with 10 safety alarm systems, ensuring greater operational stability. Various communication protocols are supported (I/O, Modbus), as well as logo, interface, and specific function customization options. It features an independently developed high-speed galvanometer motor, making the head’s construction more reliable and stable. The head is compatible with all popular lasers on the market (QBH, QCSD17, D20, D24 connections) and can be equipped with a cable up to 50 m in length.

The device supports up to 15 languages, making it convenient for use in various markets, ensuring smooth human-machine communication.
