Infrared dryer IRT 4-2 TCR HEDSON

Country of origin: Sweden, 24 months warranty period

IRT 4-2 TCR HEDSON is a professional infrared dryer for efficient drying of putty, filler, base, varnish, plastic and other materials in the painting process. The unit uses a thermal chamber and a radar distance sensor to control the drying process accurately, stably and efficiently. The thermal camera continuously monitors the surface temperature, identifies the hottest spots and transmits the data to the control system, which automatically adjusts the intensity and exposure time of the infrared lamps. This helps to achieve an even drying result, reduce the risk of overheating and optimise energy use in professional paint and body repair shops.

Technical specifications:

  • Power: 12 kW
  • Current: 16 A
