All AirBlast vacuum sandblasting systems are designed to provide a closed sandblasting system with a nozzle that forms a closed abrasive retention system. This speeds up sandblasting work, whether sanding large areas or only local sanding of parts.

It removes brown fireplaces or surface coatings and places the used abrasive in a closed container. The air is additionally filtered out before entering the environment. As a result, the entire operation is virtually dust-free and safe for workers and the environment.

The 1030 is the most mobile product from the vacuum sanding systems offered by AirBlast manufacturers. It is especially suitable for sanding small areas and preparing for welding.

Apart from the use of a fully vacuum vessel, the sanding material is "lifted" by the generated vacuum, which is created in the sanding head. The abrasive is blown into the material, then it is sucked back into the machine to remove dust and the abrasive is reused.

The intake vacuum generator for this model can be pneumatic or electric. The electric model is used in places where compressed air cannot be used.
