The COTON STANDARD tyre testing machine is designed for the rapid detection of tyre defects – punctures, bulges, cuts, as well as bead and cord damage – using pressure. With this machine, an experienced operator can check a tyre in less than a minute, making it an indispensable tool in tyre fitting workshops, warehouses, and tyre retreading plants. The machine is equipped with a strong protective guard that shields the operator from potential consequences of an inflated tyre bursting. This model does not include a motor for rotating the tyre, so the rotation is performed manually. Such a design ensures high quality at a very affordable price.

The machine is suitable for testing tyres removed from 13–22 inch rims. Locking latches allow tyres of various widths to be secured. The STANDARD 20 version comes with two pairs of plates (13–20 inches), while the STANDARD 22 version is equipped with three pairs of plates (13–22 inches):

If needed, a customised set of plates can be purchased, for example, one size per pair, several identical pairs, or only a single pair. Plates for sizes 13–22 inches are compatible with all models except MOTORCYCLE and TRUCKTEST, so they can be freely interchanged between different machines.
