The COTON GRAND 24 tyre testing machine is one of the most advanced in its category on the market. The equipment is designed for fast and efficient detection of tyre defects – bulges, punctures, cuts, as well as cord and bead damage. For an experienced operator, tyre inspection with this machine takes just over a minute, while the strong protective guard ensures safe operation even in the event of an inflated tyre bursting. Unlike models up to 22 inches, the GRAND 24 is equipped with a chain-driven motor for tyre rotation, controlled by a foot pedal or a switch on top of the machine, making the work more convenient and efficient.

The equipment is suitable for inspecting tyres removed from 13–24 inch rims, and locking latches allow tyres of various widths to be secured. The kit includes three pairs of plates:

Pair 1: 13–16 inches,
Pair 2: 17–20 inches,
Pair 3: 21–24 inches.

If required, a customised plate set can be purchased. In addition, plates for sizes 13–20 inches are compatible with all models except MOTORCYCLE and TRUCKTEST, allowing them to be interchanged between machines. This model is especially recommended for working with tyres over 22 inches, as the larger ram construction ensures reliable operation, although its movement is slower than in smaller models.
