The COT-19 tyre painting equipment is designed for fast and efficient tyre painting, ensuring productive work in both service centers and production processes. The equipment allows painting 800–1000 tyres per day (depending on the operator’s experience). The integrated paint recycling system reduces paint consumption, while the built-in high-speed air blowing system ensures pre-drying of tyres. After removal from the machine, final drying takes 5–15 minutes depending on air temperature.

The recommended paint – COTON BLACK – gives tyres a black satin finish, dries quickly, has a faint odour, and is water-resistant once dry. Its economical concentrate formula (1 litre of paint can be diluted with 5 litres of warm water) saves materials, storage space, and transportation costs. One litre of concentrate is enough for 70–80 tyres, depending on tyre size. If the result remains satisfactory, further dilution can also be used. Additionally, a tyre drying rack can be purchased.
