The Stertil-Koni SKYLIFT SKY.200 is a platform lift designed for heavy-duty vehicles with a lifting capacity of up to 20,000 kg. Its innovative Y-shaped design and four independent support legs ensure maximum space efficiency and safety. This lift is ideal for maintenance and repair work on trucks, buses, and special-purpose vehicles. It can be installed as a surface-mounted, flush-mounted, semi-flush-mounted, or weather-resistant washbay version, making it a perfect fit for workshops that require versatility, reliability, and efficiency.

AVAILABLE PLATFORM LIFT TYPES:

Flush-mounted

• This version offers completely unobstructed access – the platforms are flush with the workshop floor, ideal for low-clearance vehicles. Lifting height reaches 1,750 mm. Automatic cover plates can be installed to eliminate the need for drive-on ramps, saving space.

Semi-flush-mounted

• This special version features an extremely low drive-on height of just 260 mm, achieved through 90 mm deep recesses for the supports. Ideal when easy access is needed but full flush installation is not feasible.

Surface-mounted

• This version is installed without any preparatory construction work. It offers quick and convenient installation while providing ample working space for mechanics.

Weather-resistant (Washbay)

• Designed for use in wet or outdoor environments. The platforms are hot-dip galvanized and coated with anti-corrosion protection, and the control panel is made of stainless steel. Perfect for vehicle wash bays or outdoor maintenance areas.

Independent Mechanical Locks

• Each support leg is equipped with its own mechanical safety lock. This ensures the highest level of safety, even in the event of hydraulic system failure. Mechanics can work safely beneath the platform.

Reverse Roll-off Protection

• A special barrier prevents the vehicle from unintentionally rolling backward off the platform. This safety feature is especially important when working with buses and trucks.

Modular Drive-on Ramp

• Segmented ramp system that can be adapted to suit the needs of various vehicle types. Ensures easy and quick access to the platform, especially with surface-mounted versions.

Ebright Smart Control System
