These Fluxon battery crimping pliers are a versatile tool that makes crimping cable lugs much easier. These pliers are equipped with LED lights for monitoring the charge level of the batteries, control with the push of a button, a rotating head that can turn at an angle of 350 °, so this tool will make your work significantly easier. It features automatic crimper retraction for quick and easy crimping, and you can change crimping tips quickly and effortlessly. The device uses CH15 type oil, has a 17 mm clamp stroke and a clamping force of 60 kN. It can provide 300mm2 crimp capability for Al type cables and 240mm2 crimp capability for other cables. The compression cycle takes 2.5 ~ 5 seconds on average, depending on the size of the cable. The pliers come with crimping bits with diameters from 16mm2 to 300mm2, so you'll have practically all the crimping sizes you need.
