Description:

MasterMIG 200PFC Synergy is a professional, portable, multi-process semi-automatic welding machine. It can be welded in MIG / MAG, TIG and MMA modes with a maximum welding current of 200A. The device is powered by a single-phase 230 V source.

This device has been developed using modern technological solutions like inverter technology, IGBT power transistors, MCU controller, PWM technology, PFC filter. All these technologies provide stable parameters in various conditions, which gives the highest arc properties and weld quality.

The device is equipped with many features that improve MIG / MAG welding processes:

- Backfire - precise control of the burning rate of the welding wire reduces the risk of the wire sticking to the weld material

- Slow feed - Gentle start of the wire sensor, which is especially recommended for high-ampere welding and high wire feed speeds. Gentle wire start eliminates the risk of welding defects at the start of welding.

- 2T / 4T - choice of two operating modes

- Roller burner - possibility to weld with a roller burner

The MasterMIG 200 PFC Synergy also has features to support TIG welding processes (2T / 4T mode, current drop angle control, gas supply after welding) and MMA processes (hot start for easier electrode ignition, arc power setting for easier welding in difficult situations, VRD lower no load).

Compact size - special design and high level of protection of the device hull provide higher resistance to moisture, salinity and corrosion, which makes this equipment ideal for shipbuilding. Thanks to its excellent parameters, the device can also be used in production, service work and other industries.
