Rotary automated sanding line GUYSON Multiblast RSB

Automatic rotary sanding line with robotic solution. The Guyson rotary shaft line RSB is the first step to ensure that sandblasting operations are performed automatically without additional operator work. The rotating planes in the cab with fixed or moving sanding guns and nozzles from the side and top ensure quality surface sanding work with high productivity, which simply cannot be achieved with manual sandblasting cabinets. The Guyson Multiblast RSB line does efficient work much faster, which adds value to your products.

The Guyson Multiblast RSB is mounted on a single rotating work shaft (or a rotating table on the shaft) on which the component is placed, usually in a specially designed unit. Components for sanding can be loaded into the line by hand or by robot.

The RSB model has recently been upgraded, with sandblasting now installed on top of the servo drive to ensure sandblasting is fed to the guns. Allowing all sanding to ensure the best feed, even when using the maximum number of guns.

For optimal sanding of components, the line can be both horizontal and vertical. Both solutions provide a 500 mm hole for inserting components into the sanding chamber. A conveyor type is available to avoid manual work, so we can also complete the feeding of both vertical and horizontal components inside the chamber.

As standard, the Multiblast RSB features two Guyson Model 900 guns, each with a separate pressure regulator that allows for optimal sanding of components on the table. The number of pistols can be increased to a maximum of eight by ordering an additional one
