REDATS thermopressor (vulcanizer) is a small device used to repair tires and inner wheels. Accelerated hot vulcanization (at 100 ° C - 160 ° C) is especially recommended for repairing tires with a high tread profile (heavy, agro-industrial) and to fill large tire defects due to major damage. The vulcanizer complies with EU safety standards and technical specifications approved by the CE certificate.

Possibility to mount the vulcanizer directly on the tire or on the desktop.

Two 500W heaters, each powered separately, guarantee proper heating to operating temperature (140 ° C - 150 ° C) in less than 5 minutes!

A reliable thermostat guarantees a constant operating temperature.

The timer (0-120 min.) Allows you to set the exact heating time with the possibility to switch off the heaters automatically.

The top heater is mounted on a bolt to adjust the position and achieve a force of 4.5 kN.
