The device allows to remove soot and ash from the DPF / FAP filter without damaging the filter structure, restoring up to 99% of the nominal capacity. Our technologists have made every effort to ensure that the cleaning procedure and the detergents used are safe for the environment and machine operators.

A separate dryer doubles work efficiency

We are the only company with a large cross-section of the hose to which the DPF is connected. Large cross section = plenty of water.

Our filter mounting system does not have elements placed in the DPF filter tube that block the water flow. This allows the water and air pump capacity to be fully utilized and thus shortens the regeneration time.

Numerous well-thought-out fittings allow quick connection of the DPF. By cleaning the filter, the operator can already prepare another one, which reduces the overvoltage time to a few seconds.

The large cab gives you the freedom to attach a cleaned filter. The operator, based on his experience, chooses the location where he will wash the filter.

The operator uses an endoscopic chamber to check the filter for mechanical damage. If it detects dissolution, cracks in the ceramic insert, or other visible mechanical traces that interfere with the DPF filter, its regeneration will not be possible. The regeneration process takes place in a closed chamber with filters to prevent harmful contaminants from entering the room where the machine is parked. Liquid water circulates in a closed circuit and is filtered throughout the process, which significantly extends the life of the bath. DPF DUO Premium cleans filters with water, chemicals and air. Properly selected, computer-controlled sequence of water supply with chemical means, air together with pulses generated by compressed air, ensures high regeneration efficiency.

At the end of the cleaning process, the accessory dries the filter with 90 ° C air, which ensures complete evaporation of the cleaning solution. After drying, the machine performs the final back pressure measurement. This measurement can also be performed before cleaning, which will allow later comparison of back pressure values ​​before and after cleaning. The device has a printer that allows you to print a measurement protocol.

The cleaning time of cars or minibuses is 20-40 minutes, which allows up to several filters to be regenerated in 8 hours. High efficiency combined with low operating costs guarantees a quick return on purchase costs.
