Description

Turbine core balancing equipment CIMAT CMT-48 VSR BASIC

Manufacturer CIMAT (Poland), warranty 12 months.

The CMT-48 VSR Basic machine has two core balancing devices. The device on the left side is used for balancing high speed turbine cores (CHRA) and on the right side for balancing rotors and compressors. These machines are perfect for small and medium turbine repair shops as well as manufacturing companies.

Advantages:

TOP balancing - thanks to polymer technology, the machine provides particularly high vibration damping

The use of polymer technology in the machine also allows the calibration of hard bearings, which means that the operator only has to fill in the geometrical parameters in order to start the balancing process.

The correction planes are indicated by a laser. This reduces machine tool errors when sensors use the distance between the correction planes

Automatic rotor positioning

Adapter system:

Different turbochargers mean different dimensions - bearing housings and rotors can be of different sizes. This means that if you use a single-cell adapter, you will have to buy new adapters for almost every CHRA. The CIMAT two-element adapter can be used in pairs, so it can come in a variety of configurations. Different configurations mean fewer adapters. Fewer adapters mean less overhead.

With this adapter system developed by CIMAT, 10 plates and 10 special bushings are equivalent to 100 traditional adapter configurations that you would have to buy if you used a machine from another manufacturer. In addition, each plate and each bushing is universal and fits up to a dozen bearing housings and rotors - meaning fewer adapters will work with more assemblies. This innovative solution saves your company time and money.
